I am passionate about counselling and the profession!

I am lucky enough to be working in, or have worked in, a variety of settings and roles, these include:
Working as a clinical practitioner within a hospital setting. This has provided me with the experience in working with a vast variety of mental health conditions, from mild depression to psychotic episodes, personality disorders and much more.
​
I am trained and have worked with trauma, specifically rape and sexual abuse (this includes young people). I can work with both post and pre-trial clients.
​
I specialise in supporting anxiety, running workshops and presentation at local services encouraging understanding, normalising and managing anxiety; in both children and adults.
​
I am an approved CPCAB Tutor of the Introduction level, Level 2, Level 3 & Level 4.
I am a Thames Valley Police approved Counsellor supporting Victims of crime and I work with a charity that support survivors of brain injuries.
​
I have worked under the Royal Windsor and Maidenhead services as an approved advocate - providing a voice for young people.
